The pink and silver-tones of the Citizen Women’s Eco-Drive Riva Diamond Accented Stainless Steel Watch offer a radiant, refined style. The silver-tone round case, diamond encrusted bezel, and cabochon crown propel the superb look of this timepiece. A glittering pink dial displays double rectangular white indices at the six and 12 o’clock positions with round white indices at the remaining hour positions. A square silver-tone framed date window appears at the three o’clock position. Silver-tone luminous hour and minute hands, silver-tone second hand, and an outside minute track with luminous hour indices add to the easy-read appeal of this watch. An elegant silver-tone stainless steel band securely fastens by fold-over clasp with push-button safety. This timepiece features reliable Japanese quartz movement, is solar powered so it never needs a battery, and is protected by a durable mineral crystal window. The watch is water resistant to a depth of 330 feet (100 meters).

I love the look of my watch. It is very stylish and sporty, all in one. However, I have had some confusion setting the date. It was probably because I just didn’t read the directions close enough. The most important thing is that you set the date, then the time. For example, I set my watch at 12 pm on Feb 20, 2011. I set the “20th” then I had to wind the hands around two times (passing 12am) to set for 12 pm. I did not realize this until several weeks after I purchased the watch. So the date was always 12 hours off. I now have the date correct, so I now am officially happy with the watch.

This was a birthday gift from my parents, and I absolutely LOVE it! It has good weight, yet is quite feminine and classy. The pink dial is very pretty and “pearly” looking, and the diamond accented bezel is eye-catching. I like that the hour and minute hands, and the hour markings, illuminate in the dark. Also, the feature that intrigued me the most about this watch is that it is powered by light, artificial and solar – obviously, solar power is better. No more batteries!!
